"This do in remembrance of me." (Luke 22:19 & 1 Corinthians 11:24-25)

Why do we remember Jesus? What about Him are we to remember? We are to remember His death, burial, and resurrection, are we not? What did Jesus want us to use to remember Him? Based on the above scriptures, I submit to you we are to use His last supper, and not bunny rabbits and eggs.
