Whenever I approve of the articles, if I think the formatting is clean enough, I will publish the article with formatting. I am trying to keep a clean looking site, while at the same time clarifying the information.
I'll try to make it possible to do more formatting in the future. One thing I don't want to change is the font face. I think for consistency, this should be the same throughout the site. I may define a custom color scheme that will be allowed, however there are limitations to the tools that have been given to me. I'll go ahead and add the ability to underline when I get a chance.

Well, the color scheme system I had in place wasn't working. If you have colors and they match ok, when I approve of the article, I'll go ahead and make the colors visible.
