This is the first Site Newsletter from ChurchofChristnet.

A few changes to the site have happened lately. I've renamed "Daily Praise" to "Weekly Praise" because it gets to be a hassle to send them. If I were to get a volunteer to manage this, I might switch it back. I've also incorperated biblegateway's verse of the day into the site, which I will also be available to churches that choose to get their hosting through me. I've created a few video tutorial, both on the help page. I think a video will be able to help new users understand how to use this site better.

I've started doing church web hosting through ChurchofChristnet. I'll set up a site similar to this one, for a reasonably low price. I've moved ChurchofChristnet to a new server, which allows me to create web hosting accounts. I'll soon have online payments set up as well.

I've had a few ideas lately to create some interest in this site. I think for this site to grow like it should, I, or someone else, are going to need to have presentations about this site. Mostly get up and give a speech about what this site is all about, giving a few directions on how to use this site, and maybe a question/answer time. I'd also like to get some feedback from people who use the site. I'm considering holding a trial meeting, where I would set up computers and ask users to go through normal tasks, and tell me any problems they have, what they like, and what they don't like about the current system.

One thing I think I need, is a congregation that would be willing to provide elder oversight for this site, to see that everything is biblical, and to guide it in the right direction.
